Y2EJ系列制動三相異步電動機(jī)
電動機(jī)簡介
       Y2EJ系列電磁制動電機(jī)是Y系列電機(jī)的派生系列，所以要了解Y系列電機(jī)參數(shù)的請看這里。Y2EJ系列電磁制動三相異步電動機(jī)是一種全封閉自扇冷式鼠籠型三相異步電機(jī)。該系列電機(jī)按照IEC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)，具有啟動轉(zhuǎn)矩大，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、制動迅速、運(yùn)行可靠、搞笑節(jié)能、噪音低等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。此外，電機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)有手動釋放結(jié)構(gòu)，既可以電磁制動，又可以手動操作，方便用戶調(diào)試和使用。 
       Y2EJ系列電磁制動電機(jī)適用于要求快速停止、準(zhǔn)確定位、往復(fù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)、頻繁啟動、防止滑行的各類機(jī)械設(shè)備中作為動力，如升降機(jī)、減速機(jī)、運(yùn)輸機(jī)械、包裝機(jī)械、食品機(jī)械、印刷機(jī)械等。 
       原理與結(jié)構(gòu)：Y2EJ系列電磁制動電機(jī)的滯留圓盤制動器安裝在電機(jī)非軸伸端上，當(dāng)電機(jī)接入電源，制動器即開始工作，在電磁引力作用下，電磁鐵吸引銜鐵并壓縮彈簧，制動盤與銜鐵、端蓋脫開，電機(jī)開始運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)；當(dāng)切斷電源時(shí)，制動器電磁鐵市區(qū)陰歷，彈簧推動銜鐵壓緊制動盤，在摩擦力的作用下，電機(jī)立即停止工作。制動器分為通電制動器和失電制動器兩種，兩種制動器工作原理相同，而制動過程相反。 
       Y2EJ系列電機(jī)可以衍生出YDEJ系列多俗制動電機(jī)和YVFEJ系列變頻制動電機(jī)，也可以根據(jù)需要把制動器裝配到Y(jié)E2系列電機(jī)上，成為Y2EJ2系列電磁制動電機(jī)。 
       Y2EJ電機(jī)全稱是：Y2EJ系列電磁三相異步制動電機(jī)（簡稱：Y2EJ系列電磁制動電動機(jī)），是全封閉、自扇冷、鼠籠型附加直流電磁鐵制動器的三相異步電動機(jī)，是在Y系列電動機(jī)的后端蓋與風(fēng)扇之間附加一個(gè)直流盤式電磁制動器組成，是Y系列的派生系列。

Y2EJ series electromagnetic brake motor is suitable for power in all kinds of mechanical equipment that requires fast stop, accurate positioning, reciprocating operation, frequent start, and prevention of sliding, such as elevators, reducers, transportation machinery, packaging machinery, food machinery, printing machinery, etc. .
Principle and structure: The retaining disc brake of Y2EJ series electromagnetic brake motor is installed on the non-shaft extension end of the motor. When the motor is connected to the power supply, the brake will start working. Under the action of electromagnetic attraction, the electromagnet attracts the armature and compresses the spring. When the power plate is disconnected from the armature and the end cover, the motor starts to run; when the power is cut off, the brake electromagnet is in the urban lunar calendar, and the spring pushes the armature to press the brake disc. Under the action of the friction force, the motor immediately stops working. The brakes are divided into two types: the energized brake and the de-energized brake. The two brakes work in the same principle, and the braking process is reversed.
Y2EJ series motors can be derived from YDEJ series multi-function brake motor and YVFEJ series variable frequency brake motor. It can also be assembled to YE2 series motor as needed to become Y2EJ2 series electromagnetic brake motor.

原理與結(jié)構(gòu)
       Y2EJ型制動電動機(jī)的直流圓盤制動器安裝在電機(jī)非軸伸端的端蓋上，當(dāng)制動電動機(jī)接入電源，制動器也同時(shí)工作，由于電磁吸力作用電磁鐵吸引銜鐵并壓縮彈簧，制動盤與銜鐵、端蓋脫開，電動機(jī)開始連轉(zhuǎn)。當(dāng)切斷電源時(shí)，制動器電磁鐵失去電磁吸力、彈簧推動銜鐵壓緊制動盤，在磨擦力矩的作用下，電動機(jī)立即停止轉(zhuǎn)動。
